I have finished my translation and finally I can care again for my sewing machines... I spent one week with a friend and among others we participated in a dyeing course. I dyed 20 m old linen fabric- look for the beautiful coulors!

I am sad to say that one of our cats had to be narcotized. She suffered from a FIP virus which is absolutely mortal. The doctors told us that probably all our cats have this virus but it must not come off. We hope so! It is comparable with the herpes virus - many people bear this virus but only a few suffer from it.

Morris hat den kleinen Fred adoptiert.... This ist Morris, our burmese cat and Fred, another scottish fold- they love each other and Morris cares for the little one...

Die Katzen sind sehr süss. Was ist Fip? Wie erkennt man die Krankheit?
Musste letzte Woche meine Katze leider auch einschläfern. Sie wurde blind.
Deine selbstgefärbten Stoffe sind sehr schön geworden.
Gruss Doris

Tolle Stoffe hast du dir gefärbt. Hast du da Damast genommen?
Ich bin gespannt, was du daraus zaubern wirst.
